Ordering Info

Ordering Online

Online ordering is safe and secure and available 24/7 using our secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information you submit is protected by encryption software.

Ordering By Phone

You can call us at (65) 6542-5525 to place an order. Please have your completed order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone order from 9 AM to 4 PM GMT+0800, Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays and weekends. There are times when we may be at our store and you will reach our machine. Be sure to leave a number where we can reach you. We recommend you do not leave your order on the machine as sound quality and clarity can be an issue and we may have questions for you regarding your order.

Ordering By Fax

You can fax your order to us at (65) 6542-8625. You may print out your shopping cart order or download and fill out our order form. Please provide your order information, address, telephone number, credit card information and signature. We will confirm your order and payment method by telephone or email prior to processing it.

i luv Organic accept Visa, Mastercard through Worldpay. we are sorry, but we cannot accept CODs for online orders. No orders can be shipped until the payment has been processed.

Please note: If your credit card charges are declined, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or email. If charges are not accepted within three (3) days, your order will be cancelled.


We have no minimum retail ordering requirement.

Processing / Availability

For Singapore orders, please allow 2 – 3 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. However we ask that you please allow up to 5 - 10 days for shipment. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice. If you need your items sooner, we can offer expedited processing and shipping for some items at an additional charge. This service is subject to our workload and product availability. i luv Organic do not guarantee availability of all products at all times. There may be instances when certain items are not available due to their seasonal nature or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not place items on backorder or accept preorders of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock we will indicate this on our website and the item will not be available for order. If you wish, we can notify you by email when the item is available again.

Order Status

To check on the status of your order, you can email us by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, email address, and telephone number.

Cancellations or Changes

We are unable to accept add-ons or adjustment once your order is placed because we process our order within moments of receiving it. Please go to shop online and place a fresh new order.

Cutoff Times

All orders must be received by 12 PM to qualify for next day shipping.
